Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By booking a session, placing an order, or accessing a gallery provided by KLS Image Photography (“Photographer”), the client (“Client”) agrees to the following Terms of Service.

2. Payment & Retainers

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

  • Remaining balances are due as outlined in your invoice or contract.

  • No services will be delivered until full payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to Photographer’s availability.

  • If the Client cancels less than 7 days prior or fails to attend, the retainer is forfeited.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • All images remain the sole copyright of KLS Image Photography.

  • Personal Use License: Clients may download, print, and share images for personal use only (e.g., social media, albums, personal prints).

  • Commercial Use License: Any business, branding, or promotional use (advertising, marketing, website, paid campaigns) requires a commercial license, available for purchase.

  • Images may not be sold, altered, resold, or given to third parties without written permission.

5. Social Media Credit
When posting images online, please credit: Photo Credit: @kls.imagephotos.

6. Delivery

  • Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks; other sessions within 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated.

  • Galleries remain online for 60–90 days. Clients are responsible for downloading and archiving images before expiration. Re-hosting may incur an additional fee.

7. Product Orders

  • Print and product orders placed through Pixieset are fulfilled by third-party professional labs.

  • All sales are final. Any issues with printing must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.

8. Liability

  • Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to: weather, venue restrictions, illness, or equipment failure.

  • In the unlikely event the Photographer is unable to perform, liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid.

9. Model Release
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Client grants Photographer permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, or publication.

10. Agreement to Terms
By booking a session, placing an order, or accessing a gallery, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
